We offer friendly, cost-effective servicing and repairs at our Bristol workshop, formerly known as Jake’s Bikes (Bristol Bicycles is the same business, with the same owners and staff and in the same location – we have simply changed our name).
Our mechanics are Cytech level 2 qualified, have at least 5 years of experience, and all take a professional and thorough approach to working on any bike old or new, cheap or expensive.
We always offer an honest opinion and a price before you commit to any servicing.
Service: £65 + parts
Full Overhaul: £140 + parts
Brakes Service: £13.50 + parts (front or rear)
Gears Service: £13.50 + parts (front or rear)
Wheel Truing: £13.50
Other repairs and individual jobs also available
We do not undertake suspension servicing or repairE-bikes: we are more than happy to undertake mechanical work on brakes, gears, wheels etc. but we are unable to repair the electrical systems on any E-bikes except our own Bristol Bicycles.
Our work is fully guaranteed for 6 weeks, so if you require any adjustments or have any problems within this time, please just let us know and we’ll sort it for you.
The workshop is normally booked up in advance so it’s best to book online (below) or give us a call
“Just wanted to thank you for doing a really good job with my bike yesterday. I could really tell the difference when I cycled it home, it feels so much smoother and easier to ride and my new knowledge of the gear workings is a big help!!”
