A lease contract provides bikes to your staff without the capital investment of initial purchase, and without worrying about ongoing administration and maintenance. We provide a complete, all-inclusive outsourced solution that can grow with your business to suit your current needs.
Annual servicing and intermediate safety-checks are included in the lease price (see below), even the cost of consumable parts such as brake blocks and tyres. See our Terms & Conditions for full details
You can increase or decrease the size of your bike fleet flexibly to suit your current needs.
We can train one or more members of your staff in basic bike maintenance and safety-checks, and we can provide introductory advice sessions about cycle commuting for novice cyclists. We can also put you in touch with cycle safety training specialists if you would like on-the-road cycle training for your staff.
The lease bikes come equipped with mudguards and a luggage rack as standard. If you also need a lock, pannier bags, lights or a helmet we can provide these at a small extra cost (see below).
For a one-off fee we can get stickers made for your lease bikes with your company logo, strapline, colour scheme etc. Please contact us for details and prices.
Bristol Bicycles are available in six different sizes with men's and women's frames, and if you expect a number of people in your workplace to be using the bikes we suggest having two or three different bike sizes.
However, the bikes are fairly adjustable (and they come with special saddles that are quick-release for easy height adjustment, but are permanently attached to the bike via a hidden cable so as to prevent theft).
For fleets of 5 bikes or more, the monthly prices per bike are:
